Pricing, Availability, and Cancellation Policy
Minimum Price Policy
All projects have a minimum price of $150. This is to ensure that my time and expertise are fairly compensated. If the Final Price of the project is less than $150, the client will still be charged $150 as a base fee. This is because my time and expertise are valuable, and I cannot afford to take on projects that will not bring in a profit.
Base Pricing
An initial estimated Base Pricing will be provided to the client after the 1 hour consultation. This pricing will include estimated material costs and quantities, equipment wear and tear, electricity, labor, a base fee, a convenience fee, and various other costs depending on the project. The initial estimated Base Pricing is subject to change based on the actual costs of the project.
Current Pricing
Current project costs will be provided to the client periodically during the project. This will allow the client to track the progress of the project and to make informed decisions about whether to continue or cancel the project.
Final Pricing
Final Pricing will be determined based on the actual costs incurred. Any unused materials or labor will be credited back to the client.
Availability
I am available Monday-Friday from 5pm-9:30pm MST and Saturday/Sunday all by appointment only.
Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your project. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project. Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance will receive a refund of the deposit, minus any consumed material or labor charges. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will only be refunded for costs not consumed. No-shows will not receive a refund of the deposit.
