• Technical Expertise: I am a systems engineer with 10 years of experience in Research & Development, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, Systems, and Process Engineering. I am familiar with a wide range of technologies, including power tools, manufacturing machinery, 3D printers, software, computers, and COTS items. I have a high level of financial literacy and am very structured, with excellent organization, attention to detail, efficiency, and quality outputs. I have experience across the entire product lifecycle, from Research & Development to Design, Manufacturing, Assembly, and Deployment.
• Process: I first understand and talk through what my customer is really wanting. I then do a quote estimation to make sure they know roughly what it will cost. I then propose some potential solutions and let them decide the path to go down. From there, I follow the systems engineering lifecycle, keeping in constant communication until the project is finished. If there are any issues later, I work with the customer to resolve them.
